3. Feedback feature in our apps
Our apps provide a feature that allows users to manually send us feedback, bug reports, ideas, or feature requests.
When you use the feedback feature, we process the information you provide in order to review your request, ask follow-up questions, fix issues, and improve our apps. Providing a description of your request is required so that we can properly understand and process your message. The fields title, name, and email address are optional.
If you voluntarily provide your name and/or email address, we will use that information only to respond to your request or to contact you in case we have follow-up questions. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of handling your request and improving our apps. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your message is related to the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
Data submitted through the feedback feature is generally deleted after review and once the request has been fully handled, unless legal retention obligations apply or further storage is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

events within the app, such as viewed screens or triggered functions
technical identifiers such as user_id and session_id
timestamps
